One of the key points we at Inheritance Legal Services try to get across is that we are a family run business, built around the idea of helping people. We are always looking to raise awareness about the importance of making your Will, making a Lasting Power of Attorney or setting up a Trust.

The two key things we focus on raising awareness about are the importance of making a Will to name Guardians for children and setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney. The struggle we constantly face is getting the message about their importance across to as many people as possible, before it is too late… Queue the newest addition to the Inheritance Legal Services team… the Exhibition trailer!

We decided that the only way to really get this message across effectively would be to go out and tell people face to face. A month ago we purchased the trailer (which turned out much bigger than we expected), had it professionally sign written all over and last week it went out for the first time. We took it to Morrisons in King’s Lynn, left it outside the front of the store and let Claire and Patrick talk to as many people as possible. The two days we were there were a huge success and will, without doubt, have helped save people’s assets which they have worked hard for!
